Is this financial advice?
No, and deliberately so. Bernwy shows you information and works out the maths on assumptions you choose. It won't recommend a product, rank your options, or tell you what to do. That's a job for a qualified adviser — we just make sure you arrive at that conversation knowing your own position.
What's the difference between See it and Test it?
See it shows you where you stand — what everything's worth, what you owe, what's coming and when. Test it lets you ask what would happen if something changed, against those same numbers. See it is your position; Test it is your questions.
I only own my home. Is this for me?
Yes. Your home is probably the biggest thing you own and the one you have the least visibility of. Plenty of people start with one property and never add another.
An agent manages my properties. What do I get?
Everything except the day-to-day tools you'd never use. You still get values, mortgages, income after fees, insurance, the timeline and all the modelling — which is precisely what an agent doesn't give you.
Why is there no free plan?
Because free plans get built to frustrate you into upgrading, and we didn't want to design that. There's a proper trial instead, on the plan most people end up choosing — fourteen days of Test it, everything unlocked.
Do you sell my data, or take commission?
No and no. Subscriptions are the only thing we're paid for. No lender pays us, no insurer pays us, and nothing in the product is placed there because someone wanted it seen.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in a couple of clicks. Your documents are yours — export them on the way out. If you choose the £553 Test it annual offer, you can claim a full refund from your Subscription page within 60 days of payment. Ordinary monthly and annual plans continue until the end of the paid billing period when cancelled.
